Spring Wheels pieced by Lindsay revealed!!!

Spring Wheels full
Okay, this is my second project that I have quilted for Lindsay.  She is such a fun client to work with and her work is incredible.  Her piecing was so precise on this quilt.
I used Glide for the top thread and So Fine thread for the bobbin. It was a great combo - I have used it before, and I did not have any trouble with it. I used a combo of 100% cotton and 80/20 blend batting. I think it...

Okay, first things first - Thank you so much for your positive feedback from my last post.  Your encouragement always means so much to me.  Thank you so much!

I have a project I want to throw in the mix of all of my other projects - crazy, I know. It is always fun to have something new to work on and this is going to be a surprise quilt for my brother - he's finally getting hitched! I am so...

What I am working on now.

If you have been following me on Instagram and Facebook you will have noticed that this quilt is in the works. It has been fun to work on and I have a surprise design in the works which will be revealed when I finish this up. Hopefully I will finish this week, lofty goal I know. When I post pictures of my work, most comments are so positive, but every now and again I get comments that are just...

Week 5 Flower Patch Quilt Along

Week 5
Okay, two more blocks! It is coming along. The plan was to have three more blocks finished this week, but life happens to be really crazy right now and I am so happy to have finished two blocks. Anyway, here they are, I like them a lot. I have to apologize for the crappy camera shots - I am currently looking for a camera and will hopefully have one soon! I cannot take another photo with my phone!...

Remember this quilt?

ke13
So, do you remember this quilt?  I quilted this for Kimberly Einmo, the first of the year. It was such a fun quilt to quilt. I literally never got tired of the design, because every section of the quilt was different. Anyway, I took the time while I was quilting it to take a few pictures of my process. Then, I submitted my idea for a magazine article. Thankfully Kit liked my idea and my article...

Pam's Science Fair quilt finished!!

1
Alright!  This quilt was so fun to quilt!  I loved every minute of this quilting job. Pam did a beautiful job piecing this quilt top - it was so straight, and the points were perfect! The pattern is Science Fair by Julie Herman of Jaybird Quilts- a very clever pattern and one that I would like to make for myself someday. The fabric used is called Flea Market Fancy by Denise Schmidt - so darling! I...

Back at it...

I left this quilt alone a little over week ago. Clint and I took the kids on a family reunion to Yellowstone National Park - our first time going, I will blog about that later - and we got home today after a fabulous time with both sides of our family. I have a lot of catching up to do, and I hope to get this quilt finished in the next couple of days. I also have more blocks to work on for my
